CANCELLATION POLICY
A card is required to book ALL appointments. If you are uncomfortable leaving a card on file you may choose to prepay.
Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will be charged 50% of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Last minute cancellations (i.e., cancellations less than 4 hours before appointment) will be considered a no-show, resulting in payment for 100% of the service. Arriving 15+ minutes past your appointment time will be considered a no-show, resulting in payment of 100% of service booked, and you will have to reschedule for another time.
All permanent make up deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by sending us an email or giving us a call any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. Appointments occurring within the next 72 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. You will need to pay a new deposit to rebook. A cancellation of a “free” touch up will result in a $75 fee to reschedule.
Children are not permitted unless receiving a service. Please keep this in mind and arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
While we understand that things come up, we appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. Please remember this is not a hobby for us. Even though we love what we do, this is our livelihood. When you cancel or reschedule last minute, sometimes we are unable to fill your spot and therefore do not get paid for part of our workday.
You can reach us by phone during business hours at 828-578-6513, but please remember that we close early on Saturdays and are closed Sunday and Monday.
