At Blume Beauty Bar, we value your time and appreciate the time our beauty professionals dedicate to each appointment. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our policies carefully before booking.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests, unless otherwise specified below.

• 48+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

• Late arrivals: Arrivals 15 or more minutes after your scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation of your service and a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Please contact your service provider as early as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Your provider may be unable to accommodate late arrivals.

Deposits

Lash Extension Full Sets, Lash Lifts, & Lift+Lamination Bundles

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all lash extension full sets and lash lift appointments. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained. For no-shows or cancellations subject to the 100% cancellation policy, the remaining balance of the scheduled service price will also be due.

Permanent Makeup

A non-refundable deposit equal to 40% of the total service price is required for all permanent makeup appointments.

At least 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will require a new 40% deposit to book another appointment.

Permanent Makeup Touch-Ups

Cancellations or missed appointments for complimentary permanent makeup touch-ups will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.

Children & Guests

For the comfort and safety of all clients, children ages 12 and under are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Please make childcare arrangements before your appointment.

Class Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all classes. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or are unable to attend.
